I am using Adobe send on a desk top. I am still experiencing the same issues. i hope someone can fix my account so I may be able to sign in.

Which functionality you are referring here? Were you using Adobe Send & Track feature or any other tool?

We have checked your account and found an active subscription of Send & Track.

You should be able to use it through- https://cloud.acrobat.com/send

Are you using it through desktop application Adobe Reader DC? If yes, then make sure you are signed in in the application using your Adobe ID.
