getting error messages when I download Acrobat reader

good day - looking for some help:
First Acrobat Reader stopped working on me so I uninstalled it and tried downloading it again from the Creative Cloud app. Now I am getting the following errors after attempted installation:

Exit Code: 7

Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example, ERROR: DW003, DW071 ...
