Getting message to buy when using Adobe Send

Why am I getting a buy message while my account is active?  I am using Adobe Send on a desk top>

    As per the description mentioned above, you are getting a message to buy the subscription when trying to use Adobe Send and Track, is that correct?

    Assuming you are using Acrobat Reader, could you please try signing out of the application, relaunch the application, sign in and try again.

    Also, try to access the service using a Web Browser at this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/send
