Google workspace email not working

With google workspace when I try to email a document  adobe only works with the main account, not the sub accounts.   The main, registered with google account for example is "master@gmail.com" but there are several other accounts under that like "user1@gmail" etc.

How do I get adobe to send mail from "user1" instead of "master@gmail.com"?
