Please help. I keep getting a grey page with a small box up top with the adobe reader logo and stating "this file requires adobe acrobat reader to support tracking functionality".   I have adobe reader already downloaded. I used it last week, but today it is not working. I need it to work

'desperately. I have a test I must do for a job. I have worked on this all day to get it to work with no avail.  Please help. I have a Toshiba Satellite PC.

Could be that you are using an unsupported web browser? Not many are supported these days. You would need to use IE or Safari or right-click the link to the pdf, save it to your computer then open it in Reader.
