Hi,

I am using Adobe 17.12.20093.

My application runs in Windows 10 (IE11).

While opening PDF directly from the web getting grey screen in IE11

how to tackle this issue ?

    Try opening Reader and going to Edit>Preferences>Page display>Page content and information and check the box that says "Show large images".
