Group Policy Administration with ADMX for Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Version 2023

is it stil possible to administrate the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Version 2023 per gpo?

The Download link for the .admx file in the official documentation for adobe which is linked to microsoft is not working anymore:
