Gui not visible when from autoplay

Hi,

we have a splashcreen made with autoplay media studio which tries to open a pdf with a lua script.

On a windows 10 computer, we see that the process starts, but the window doesn't open up.

When the window is already open (acrobat reader already started), the right pdf does open.

Anybody an idea how to solve this?

We already tried the protected mode, but this didn't solve the issue.
