Hacked from old account!

My phone was hacked starting back in June. I did realize it until July 5th. I've since been hacked again through another phone. Bought new phones and had at&t close old account and open new account with new phones. This morning I installed the adobe reader app. Made a new account with a brand new email address. When I opened it there's a file dated July 17th which would be from the hacked phone. Seems I can't contact adobe. What should I do?
