half way through my work, just stops typing. PLEASE HELP

so i click sign and fill, and do my work i am half way through when i lean over to plug in my computer and now the program wont let me type. did i maybe press something on the keyboard? please help..

    SHello Levanal,

    We're sorry for the trouble you had while filling a PDF form. Try saving the PDF file once using the 'Save As' to save the details you filled. Then click on the available fields where you can type in and try filling the details again.

    If you are still not able to type, then try saving the PDF file again using 'Save As', then Close the PDF and Adobe Reader. Launch Adobe Reader and the PDF, and try filling the details again.

    If possible reboot the machine once and try again.
