Hanging on predictive text

When i try and type into a text box the auto predictive text starts to run and then hangs and wont work. I've tried to turn this off but it wont turn off. I have the desktop version.

Tried toi fix, no luck

I tried updates - all up to date.

Tried to clear cache - no luck

Any help please

Thanks for reporting. From where are you turning off auto-complete settings. Are you working on Form files? And when you say Acrobat is hanging, what's the exact step and if there's any recording would be helpful.

Also, please share following information,

1. Acrobat version

2. OS version.
