Has anyone faced issues using Adobe Acrobat with official PDFs like NBI Clearance?

I’m working with some official documents such as NBI Clearance PDFs, and sometimes I notice issues like editing restrictions or files not displaying correctly after saving or sharing.

Has anyone experienced similar problems when using Adobe Acrobat for official or government-related documents?
