Have a new apple computer that has given access permission but will not open Acrobat Reader.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, you are not able to open the Acrobat Reader application on Mac OS

What happens when you try to open the application, do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

Please try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in Mac and try using the application there and check.

If it still doesn't work, please remove the application using the Acrobat Cleaner Tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , Reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the link https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
