he instalado acrobat reader pro de pago y los pdf se me bloquean

He instalado el adobe reader por de pago , pero cuando abro un archivo se abre y se queda bloqueado y deja de funcionar el programa.

Me podeis ayudar?

Hope you are doing well.

We believe you are referring to freeware Acrobat Reader DC. Its a PDF viewer software that helps you to open/view .pdf files. 

Not sure how you have been using it for the payment. We assume you are referring to invoices. If application stops working upon viewing PDFs then, try the following troubleshooting steps:
