Header Damaged

Adobe Acrobat could not open 'Sales Tax June 2015_000.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).

To create an Adobe PDF document, go to the source application. Then choose Save as Adobe PDF from the PDF dropdown in the Print dialog.

I have tried everything for the corrupted file that says header damaged.  I have download Adobe Illustrator to photoshop and it still says corrupted.  I know . there is data on the file, but it just won't open up.

For testing purpose, install the trial of Acrobat Pro of 7 days and try saving the PDF file from the PDF drop-down Print dialog box, and see if this brings any difference Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html
