HEbrew characters issue

Hello Team,

  i am facing issue which is generated from SAP , while opening the pdf file in webpage , Hebrew characters are ok but when opened same PDF in ADOBE the HE characters are box type ( i man miscelleanous) , do any one has a solution on this , version is 2023.008.20533.
