I just spent 45 minutes chatting with an Adobe expert and she finally said she cannot help and to go here.  I am trying to open an IrS  form and get the error box:  "Before proceeding you must first launch Adobe Acrobat and accept the End User License Agreement."  I downloaded a new version on August 19, 2017.  My computer is less than a year old and I have been using Adobe all along.

Please what do I do?

    Hi Jamesb,

As per the description above, you are getting a message to accept the EULA after launching the Adobe Reader, Is that correct?

Assuming you are using Windows machine, please navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader and locate the EULA.exe

    > Double click and follow the instructions.

Relaunch the Reader DC and check.

*** Note: Make sure the Reader and all PDF files are closed before navigating to the Eula.exe
