Help Creating Clickable Adobe Icon

Hi! I was wondering if someone can help me. I have a sentence hyperlinked to a piece of text, but I need to create this red clickable Adobe icon next to the text that also opens to the same pdf link. If anyone knows the name of this button or can point me in the right direction on how to do so that would be great.

It's not possible with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Do you have Adobe Acrobat, then post you question in the correct forum please: community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/bd-p/acrobat
