Help! How do I save pdf with form fields expanded?

I'm filling out a grant application that has fillable fields with adjacent scroll bars. Everytime I save the document, to be shared, the pdf truncates the field. How do I save the document so the entire form field's content is viewable? Thank you!

Or type less. The designers of the form expected you to fit in the box, just like paper forms from time immemorial, and the boxes are never big enough for accurate expression.
