Help! I keep having one and the same issue over and over again!

I install Adobe Acrobat reader from your site, it works fine the first time, and eventually the second time I open it, after that when I have to open a PDF file the computer screen goes crazy, the screen blinking and spewing out "Downloading" pages but it's not only NOT downloading, it blocks all other pages currently open and nothing works. I have to close everything (which means work lost), and start again, and then it happens again. If I remove the software and reinstall it, the same happens again - it works initially, then stops. I lost count how many times I uninstalled and installed it again and again. It is very annoying. Help!

    Hi Valtosheva,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Could you let us know if you are still experiencing this issue? If yes, please try following troubleshooting steps:

1- Check if an update is available for Reader- click 'check for updates' under 'help' menu, reboot the machine after installing the update and try again.

2- If that doesn't work, try running cleaner tool which you can download from here: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs , reboot the machine, and download Reader DC from here: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

3- Reboot the machine and try again.

Feel free to update this discussion if you need any further help.
