help - Pages go blank after adding page.

We have created a pdf with images embedded into each page (activity book).

 

However, when we try to take that pdf, and click on the "Organize Pages" > Insert Pages, and set the page location (after) etc).,

 

It addes the blank page, but turns EVERYTHING else blank after it as well.

 

How do we fix this?? There are no issues with the pdf prior to this, so is this a bug or is there a workaround? Adobe returns a "contact the pdf creator" - it was us - there's ZERO issues on our end as to why it's happening.

 

Suggestions??

And bear in mind that by "PDF creator" they mean "maker of the app used to make the PDF" not "the human who made it".
