I have tried several times to download Adobe Reader, But i keep getting error unable to connect to remote server please help.

    what do I need to do? problem is that I have purchased Acrobat Pro and I am told that my computer won't work with this program.

    I have a Mac Book Pro with Mac OS X 10.6.8.

    You need to get a compatible Mac OS, or get a refund.
