Help with Adobe on iphone

I continue to receive a message stating the document I am trying to load requires Adobe reader eight or higher. It states I may not have the Adobe reader installed or I am doing in an environment that may not be properly configured to use Adobe reader. I've never had an issue reading document on my phone before. What do I do?

The message does not say so but it means you need to open it in Acrobat Reader (or Acrobat) - not any other app, not a browser, not an email app - AND you need to use it on Mac or Windows. There is no solution to read it on iPhone, even though there is an Acrobat Reader app.

Does you open the document in a browser?

What happens when you open the document in Acrobat Reader?

I have only tried to open it after logging in through my email. I have not tried to open it in Adobe. I never had to do that before.
