Help with Adobe Reader X(10.1.16)

I had this App on my desktop. It has disappeared. I have spent 2 days searching for it to download again and I can not find it. I need someone to send me a link to download ASAP. I use this one to Attatch my clients signatures to documents for the Bank and its the only program I know that allows me to do this. Please help me!!!!!
