help with printing a 3.5x 5.5" booklet

Hello-

I am trying to print a booklet in 3.5" x 5.5" format.  the PDF is an export from a Mac Pages document that is a custom 3.5x5.5 document size, but i am printing from a work PC that is running acrobat reader DC.  the issue I am running up against is that the inner margins do not abutt each other which means i cannot fold along the inner edge to make my booklet.  any idea how to accomplish this?  t've attached a picture of the print settings to hopefully clarify my issue.
