Hi all, URGENT help needed. - Acrobat DC paid version wont open

I have paid version of Acrobat DC - all PDF files open briefly and then close within a few seconds. When I try to open Acrobat DC - as administrator or otherwise - it won't open at all. 

 

I tried to repair, remove and re-install, re-start my laptop etc - but nothing works 

I am on windows 11. 

I tried to foll

 

This problem started recently - about 2 weeks ago after updating my annual subscription. No other configuration changes have been made. 

Please Help.

Sorry to hear about your frustrating experience.

Changing or updating to an annual subscription should not cause such trouble.  

Since you have already tried removing and reinstalling the application, so we'd request you to try this cleaner tool once and see if that makes any difference.

1- Reboot your computer.

2-  Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application's files traces:

Thanks for your reply.  However, I am sorry  to inform you that, the issue is not yet resolved. 

1) i downloaded the cleaner, and removed DC with the help of the cleaner

2) rebooted my laptop 

3) re-installed DC -  opened first time 

4) same problem - DC doesn't open at all from 2nd attempt onwards, Any PDF file doesn't open. 

 

Please help issue is not yet resolved.

You posted to Acrobat Reader, but mention "paid" version of Acrobat DC. Can you confirm? Are you using Acrobat DC Pro or Reader?
