Hide parts of a PDF, based on a configuration file

In stead of creating a set of PDF files, I would like to use a single PDF document, where specific parts will be hidden for the reader, based on settings in a kind of configuration file. Is that possible?

    To some extent but you would need either LiveCycle Designer or the full Acrobat version to create such a form. You might want to ask this question again in the appropriate product forum.
