Hide the Tools panel permanently in Adobe Reader XI

In know that is possible in Acrobat and Acrobat Reader:

But it doesn't work in Adobe Reader... How can I do it in Adobe Reader?

It's only possible in the DC version of Reader, not in earlier ones.
