Highlight Colors Changed -

Question

I'm not sure what happened, but the colors to highlight have changed. I use my iPad and the yellows were always bright as well as the greens. Now, the yellow is a faded shade and the green as well. I've tried to move the slider to darken the colors, but it doesn't work. Also, I used to just double tap weith my pencil to get my tookls on top, now the tools are on the left. Anyone habe any ideas or how I can get the colors back or everything back to the way it was?
