Highlighter looks choppy

I am using an Android tablet (version 6.0.1). This only seems to happen on my tablet, specificially when I am opening Adobe Acrobat from Google Drive. I have tried checking for updates, uninstalling and reinstalling, and restarting but none of these have fixed the highlighter issues. I am unsure if this is due to a setting on Adobe Acrobat or Google Drive.
