Highlighting

When I highlight an item in Adobe Pro (I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 1.6 (acrobat 7.x).  It looks fine.  However, if someone who is using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC the highlighted items are all blurry.  How can I fix that?  I'm trying not to print everything out, physically highlight, and then rescan.
