Horrible Choppy Scrolling

Adobe Acrobat Reader cannot scroll.

I do a scroll move on the trackpad, and with a long delay it choppily moves a bit. But because of the delay, you cannot control where it goes, and it only moves a little bit.

Impossible to move several pages.

This application is bloated with unnecessary features but cannot even perform a simple scroll operation.

Hi Ocean ,

I can understand your situation.

Please try the following steps to fix the issue :

1 . Open Acrobat Reader DC, navigate to Help menu & repair the installation.

Relaunch Acrobat Reader DC & Enable Scrolling, now try to replicate the issue.

2.Try to switched back to the hand tool as the default.

3. Go to

Edit > Preferences > Accessibility > Always use Page Layout Style > Single Page Continuous
