Change language of Acrobat Pro DC from English to Russian

If you wish to convert an English PDF to Russian, that is translating a PDF, then there is no easy way to do it in the PDF format.

You can export the PDF online or using Acrobat Pro application to a different document format like Word and then translate it there and create a new PDF.
