Question

How can I contact Adobe Support about a bug?

I created a PDF file with Foxit PDF printer. This pdf file renders well on Foxit PDF reader and on Acrobat on Android, but a few pages render blank on Acrobat Reader DC on Windows. Because of this, my immigration application got rejected. I would like to know if this is a bug in Acrobat. The document in question is my passport. So, I cannot upload it here. If I can confirm that this is a bug, I may be able to make a case to reconsider my application.

How do I go about contacting Adobe Support for this?

Thank you.

Don't bother contacting support.  I waited 2 hours for support yesterday.  No solution was provided.

Does anyone know of an alternative pdf application?

I've done all of the troubleshooting to no avail.

You can report a bug here:

Feature Request/Bug Report Form

However, they will neither respond nor provide confirmation to you.

Thank you. I submitted a request to confirm if this was a bug. Is it a policy not to respond or confirm? I uploaded the document in question for reference.

Yes.

The engineers get a tremendous amount of feature requests and bug reports and they do not respond individually to such input.  The more a feature is requested or a bug is reported, the more attention it receives.
