How can I rotate my document in Adobe Reader DC?

I have followed all the suggestions about going to the tools page and clicking on pages, however, there is a fee of $14.95 to rotate?  I save my documents as portrait and they save in landscape and I can't change them.  Does anyone know who to correct this?

    Adobe Acrobat Reader can only rotate the document view for the current session. You cannot save that. Rotating the view permanently must be done with Adobe Acrobat.
