how can I use the Wacom signature pad STU 540 in Adobe Reader?

I want to use the signature pad for pdf files opened with Acrobat Reader.

At the moment I use the signPro app from Wacom and this works. But the preview is very small so I would like to know whether there is a way to sign direcctly in Adobe Reader using the Wacom tablet.
