How do I disable the new window that appears when I send an email?

When we try to send an email after updating Acrobat Reader to version 19.012.20034, we get a new window. Is it possible to disable this Windows?

In previous versions, this window was not displayed and opened a new message in Microsoft Outlook. It was excellent.
