How do I down load earning statements?

Would you mind briefing us about the question you mentioned so we can better understand and assist you? Are you getting any errors? The website you are trying to download from could be restricted.

There could be multiple factors hindering your download, so a screen recording would be great.

Could you please confirm from where exactly you are trying to download the earning statements?

If you are trying to download them from a website, you will need to contact the support team for that website.

Acrobat helps you to view the PDFs, not download them.

Let us know if you are referring to something else.
