How do I edit the entries I made in a doc that I previously saved?

What kind of changes were you trying to make in document? Were you trying to edit the PDF within Adobe Reader DC?  There could be any one of the reason explained below-

• Adobe Reader is a freeware application it doesn't include "Edit" feature.
• Also, if you have applied signature on the document then there is a highly possibility that it would not let you make further changes. Because, signing is the final process which makes a document secure and restrict further editing.

Any one of the scenario might be causing trouble.
