How do I enable Trust Settings

I am using ADOBE Reader to file a Corporation tax re

turn but it will not auto save my input it says Trust

Settings must be enabled get info from HELP but

I cannot see how to do it. Please someone help me.

if you have adobe v10 they have a diff instruction set)
