Question

How do I place all navigation commands on one of the toolbars?

I would like to, for example, click on a command to go to the first page of a document, with a single click asnd no typing. That was possible a few years ago.

@AnUnusualScreenName Using the classic look, got to the main menu, View-Show/Hide-Toolbar Items-Show Page Navigation Tools-Show All Page Navigation Tools (this will give you the full set, why stopped on the first page?!)

Thanks for the reply However, I go thru View-Show/Hide- Toolbar Items but there is no Show Page Navigation-etc followon. I'm using an up-to-date version of Adobe Acrobat Reader on a Windows 11 Pro desktop. Any ideas about why my menus are missing the submenus?

Hello @AnUnusualScreenName

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out.

Could you please share a screenshot of the menu/sub-menu you get? Are you on a Windows or a Mac machine, and what is the version? Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 25.001.21078. Planned update, Jan 12, 2026. Check for any pending updates by navigating to Menu > Help> Check for Updates. Install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and try again.

We're here to help, just need more info.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.
