How may I enable text blocks to shift as window size changes?

Greetings,

I'm working on a Windows 7 desktop, and I would like to toggle a feature - if one does exist - that would make the text blocks (paragraphs, etc.) shift as I readjust the window size of the adobe reader. What currently happens when I do adjust the window size is that the text blocks remain static and simply goes out of view, thus forcing me to adjust the horizontal scroll bar to view the text - which is cumbersome if one wishes to read quickly.
