How to adjust scrolling speed in adobe reader?

I've schearched for a awnser everywhere but none could help.

How can i adjust the scrolling speed in adobe reader. When i want to read the document at 100% scale i have to scrole 6 times to get through a document and even more when the document is scaled bigger. This way i read while constant trying to keep up scrolling which is undoable. Please some tell me there is a solution to adjust the scroling speed.
