I created a contract for a client.

The client wants to fill out their internal office info and lock it, then send the pdf to their customer to fill out fields without the ability to editing the internal office fields. I cannot find out how to do this.

Hi @Alex Coulstring

Thanks for reaching out.

That can be done with the Acrobat Pro. If you are working with freeware Acrobat Reader, you need Adobe Acrobat Pro to get access to the Prepare form tool to set up a form and its form fields accordingly.

Here's a similar discussion that has the correct answer on it. https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/pdf-form-restrict-certain-fields-to-certain-people/td-p/10973164#M244416

Please go through it.

Thanks,
