How to change adobe acrobat pro dc to dark mode?

I have tried looking under 'view' for 'display theme 'but that option is not there. The version of acrobat I have is 2015.006.30527. This is on my work computer, is it perhaps that I need administrative access to change this setting?

Install the updates for Adobe Acrobat DC.

Already up to date. I think this is a perpetual license.

The option is available in Adobe Acrobat DC.
