how to change font in acrobat reader fill & sing [sign?]

As mentioned above, you are using the Fill & Sign feature in Acrobat Reader. 

It is not possible to change the font type of the text you add to the PDF. 

If you are trying to change the signature style, there are four style options available when you create the signature.

With Acrobat Reader, you can't change the font.
