How to Change setting to open pdf files on internet explorer first before automatically saving them

Hello! Having difficulty changing my adobe settings to allow me to first open pdf files from internet explorer instead of automatically saving them. I'm using Windows 10 and can't seem to find this option on Acrobat Pro Preferences. Thanks.

I am also having this problem and can't find a setting to fix this.

This is a setting of the browser.
