How to change sign in -info to computer app?

We changed our companies sign in info and now I can't send documents for signing anymore (we have Adobe Reader Pro DC and I try to send for signing by Adobe Sign). There is no sign out etc so I could sign in with new info. I also tried to upload it again, but no different.

Do you have Adobe Reader? Or Acrobat Pro? Or Acrobat Reader? There is no product with both "Reader" and "Pro" in the name! What exact version is it?

    Sorry, we have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

    Thanks. What exact version is it? Not looking for "latest" but a number like 2016.123.59349. Help > About Acrobat Pro.
