How to configure PDFs containing sound files.

I need to send out a short book to clients and the book includes sound files.  I need the document to have the capability of being seen and heard on a variety of systems, ie different browsers and different media players.  Some of my clients are not very computer literate so I need to save the doc in a format which can be opened in many devices.

Please advise!

    As per the description above, you want to add multimedia in a PDF file and also want to convert the PDF files into different file formats, Is that correct?
