How to configure trusted locations globally (GPO?)

Hello,

we do have problems with PDF-Files being really slow to scroll through. We figured out thats only with active protected mode.

As we do not want to disable this feature globally we want to define certain locations as trusted.

Thought we could do this through GPO, which is sadly not possible (I only found GPOs those GPOs: ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/Acrobat2017/misc/)

Any recommendations or ideas whats the best way to define trusted locations (beside chaning in the install file or through a complex registry GPO?)
